This was the era when Absinthe Mixology was on the rise and the use of a perforated spoon had become widely used when dissolving the sugar cube into the absinthe.The Belle Epoque Absinthe Spoon is appropriately named after this French era. A beautifully perforated design captures the movement known to this period that is symbolic of peace, art and literature.
